When technician injuries at Schneider National were spiking, the carrier looked for solutions that would support its core value of safety. Schneider found that using the Rotary Lift mobile column lifts reduced knee, back and hand injuries while also providing a 10 to 15 percent improvement in cycle times, meaning technicians could safely finishmore jobs in a day.

“We haven’t had an injury at our location since the lifts were put in,” says David McChesney, shop manager for the Gary, Indiana, Schneider location. “I wish we would have had them back when I was a mechanic!”
