The Caterpillar manufacturing facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas, had some of the worst safety metrics out of all Caterpillar facilities. That all changed after Caterpillar Safety Services went onsite to implement its very own Zero-Incident Performance (ZIP™) Process. With implementation of the ZIP Process, the North Little Rock facility became a benchmark for safety excellence for all Caterpillar facilities.
