Shur-Co®, LLC has reached a definitive agreement to acquire the as- sets of Roll-Tite™, with the expected closing to occur in April. Headquartered in Brantford, Ontario, Roll-Tite™ was founded in 1985 and produces industry-leading retractable tarp systems for flatbed trailers, drop deck trailers, straight trucks and specialty vehicles.
Roll-Tite™ will continue to operate out of the Brantford, Ontario location under the brand name ShurTite™ and be combined with Shur-Co’s existing Flatbed Division, which provides lumber, steel and custom tarps, as well as cargo control, for truck drivers across North America.
