AIAI Announces Frank Rapoport As Its Chief Strategy Advisor

New York, NY, May 2014 ““ The Board of the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure (AIAI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank M. Rapoport, Partner at Peckar & Abramson, P.C., as the organization’s new Chief Strategy Advisor. Rapoport’s role involves the strategic direction of AIAI’s primary P3 action agenda, the development of key outreach issues and working with AIAI’s Government Affairs and Law and Legislative committees to identify industry issues and propose appropriate action to ensure a successful P3 outlook in the US Market.

Rapoport is a senior partner and a leader in Peckar & Abramson’s Public-Private Partnerships practice group. He works in the firm’s New York and Washington D.C. offices, as well as the newly established firm location in the Philadelphia area.

Rapoport is highly regarded for strategizing and implementing successful business-capture plans for clients pursuing P3, design-build and complex infrastructure projects. He combines a deep understanding of the legal and political framework for P3s with the experience of having handled big-ticket government contracts and construction litigation. His knowledge and respect for the political issues in P3 deals have led to many successful collaborations with key government officials.
