CBI Expands Workforce to Meet Production Demands

Newton, NH—Continental Biomass Industries (CBI) announced today a series of new hirings and employee promotions that will help set a new standard for the CBI customer experience.

Bill Dicey has been hired as Service Manager for CBI. Bill has a wealth of experience within the industry, having spent the last twenty years in parts and service management. Bill will lead the Service Department in expanding CBI’s service offerings and elevating the CBI customer service experience.

Wayne Pearson has been hired as Materials Manager. Wayne comes to CBI with over twenty-five years of Materials Management background, predominantly in the capital equipment industry. Wayne will lead the development of a highly flexible materials team focused on reducing lead times and improving stock service levels.

Nate Eskeland has been promoted to Parts Manager. Nate is in his eleventh year with CBI, eight of which were in the parts department and three in outside sales. Nate will lead the CBI Parts Department in improving the distribution of parts to customers and dealers, ensuring order accuracy and timely deliveries.

Tim Griffing has returned to CBI as a Stationary Systems Sales Engineer covering North America. Tim has over twenty years’ experience in the design and sales of stationary systems for the wide range of markets that CBI serves.
