Gehl is pleased to announce the all-new mid-frame R Series skid loaders – the R135, R150 and R165 – for the North American market. The all-new R150 adds another mid-frame skid loader to the range with 46 hp and 1,500 pounds (680 kg) of capacity. The R135 replaces the model 4240E and the R165 replaces the model 4640E Power2.
The new R Series models provide the ultimate in comfort with a large operator’s station mounted forward on the machine for excellent front and side visibility. Tier IV Yanmar technology provides clean emissions with little input from the operator when active regeneration is utilized.
Features On The New R Series Models Include:
Large Operator’s Station – The same cab used on the GEN:2 vertical lift models and the large-frame R Series models is now used on the mid-frame machines. The lager cab provides more room for the operator and easier access to the machine.
Selectable Self-Leveling – The selectable self-leveling option provides a switch in the cab to activate this feature. This allows the operator to choose when self-leveling is utilized, allowing machine performance to be matched with the application.
Digital Display in Cab – Mounted on the instrument panel inside the cab for easy visibility, the color digital display provides real-time information on fuel consumption, engine RPM, machine hours, engine diagnostic codes, and warning indicators.
Tier IV Yanmar Engine – Provides the power and performance needed to complete the toughest tasks. Utilizing no fuel additives and automatic regeneration, these machines provide clean emissions with little to no input from the operator.
New Lift Arm Design – New Powerview® lift arm design provides 10% more visibility than the previous models. This allows for better views of the job site for more precise placement of material.
