SIOUX CENTER, IA, January 30, 2014 -Link® Manufacturing, Ltd., Link® Suspensions of Canada, Rush Truck Centers™ and Custom Vehicle Solutions (CVS) today announced a joint project to display a distinctive truck at World of Concrete 2015. The Peterbilt show truck, on loan from Rush Truck Center of Houston, is the showcase project announcing CVS as an approved installation partner for Link® twin steer products in the US.

“We’re excited about the opportunity to work with CVS. They bring a long history of installation expertise, and their strategic location makes them ideally suited to support the OEM truck plants located in the southern U.S. and Mexico,” noted Joe Chadwell, Senior Regional Sales Manager for Link. “These are key attributes that will allow Link to serve our US twin steer customers more efficiently.”

In addition to the factory-installed Cabmate®, the Peterbilt 567 will be augmented with the installation of a Link® 40k Spring over Walking Beam (SWB) twin steer suspension, a 46k Air Link® tandem drive suspension and 2 DuraLift™ self-steer lift axles ““ all installed by CVS in their Houston, TX facility. These suspension systems make the chassis ideally suited for the toughest vocational applications, including crane, mixer and dump.

The Peterbilt 567 will be shown in the Link® Manufacturing booth, C-6003, from February 3-6, and will then be on display at Rush Truck Center in Houston.
